Vicky’s recruitment experience started in the optical industry in 2005. Her specialty lies in fulfilling requirements within remote regions like seaside villages of Norfolk, offering specialist block bookings, and ranging to bustling Essex where regular days are in abundance!
Wendy's knowledge of servicing both multiple and independent companies is second to none since joining the optical world way back in 1997. Responsible for Scotland and the Greater London area her geographical knowledge enables her to build up a friendly and personal relationship with both candidates and clients.
Andy has gained a wealth of optical experience, both as a permanent and locum recruiter since his career started in 2000. His knowledge and understanding of the industry, particularly in Northern England, The Midlands and the South Coast is paramount in enabling him to build a loyal and reliable locum following.
After Managing a busy successful franchise store for over 10 years Jade was welcomed into the Eye Connect team in 2018. She is responsible for the Yorkshire, Hampshire and the South West Coast parts of the country and with her extensive knowledge within the optical field she is a great asset to the team.
